Importance of the Invoice in the business and to the Management Accounting

An invoice or bill is a commercial document issued by a seller to the buyer, indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller has provided the buyer. An invoice indicates the buyer must pay the seller, according to the payment terms. The buyer has a maximum amount of days to pay these goods and are sometimes offered a discount if paid before.
In the rental industry, an invoice must include a specific reference to the duration of the time being billed, so rather than quantity, price and discount the invoicing amount is based on quantity, price, discount and duration. Generally speaking each line of a rental invoice will refer to the actual hours, days, weeks, months etc being billed.
From the point of view of a seller, an invoice is a sales invoice. From the point of view of a buyer, an invoice is a purchase invoice. The document indicates the buyer and seller, but the term invoice indicates money is owed or owing.

Through  invoice business can gain well organize billing system that will help them to solve excessive and ambiguity of a seller. It ensures also a correct and effective billing process which will generates a well organized flow of sales and purchases.

Since the Internet has become a business tool instead of merely a research network, businesses both large and small have seized the opportunity to explore how to use it to become more productive and competitive. At the same time, media reports have speculated how the Internet will allow businesses to access a global-wide customer base up to millions. The change from traditional communication channels such as salespeople, telephone and – - snail mail – -to the internet and e-mail happened quickly in some companies and more slowly in others.

Through internet, businessman can have a direct access with their costumers, buyers and even their business partners around the globe. Business-to-business marketers were among the first companies actually to make profits using the internet. In today’s marketplace, the web is becoming the communication tool of choice for many business-to-business companies. The internet provides opportunities for communication, customer service, sales support, collaboration and e-commerce.

The secret is to join as many companies as possible, filling the profile to get as many surveys as you can. The more surveys you take, the higher income you make.
